Although Singapore has implemented data retention policies, the government’s primary focus is on combating cybercrime and terrorism rather than targeting individual VPN users. While Singapore enforces copyright laws, the country’s approach to P2P file sharing and streaming is more relaxed compared to Indonesia. Nevertheless, it is essential for VPN users to respect intellectual property rights and abide by the laws of the country in which the VPN server is located.
